We provide overnight and second day service by Federal Express.  The average cost is $20.00 for next day delivery and $15.00 for second day. For out-of-the-way addresses, the cost may be higher. We will notify you by email for approval before shipping

Overseas Orders.
We calculate shippping charges for overseas orders and request your approval by email before shipping. Your order total will then be revised. We recommend UPS Global Express but will use other trackable modes.

Payment

We accept Visa and Master Card charge purchases from customers located anywhere in he world.  We accept personal checks from customers in the United States. 

Faulty Recording

Occasionally we encounter a video that has not been recorded properly.  This may mean skips, jumping picture, or visible lines.  Rarely do we find a defective cassette.   If you try to play your video and it does not perform properly, return it to us within 15 days at the above address and we will send you a replacement.
